These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of leadershipinaction.online (the "Website") and the leadership development content, tools, and programs made available through it under the trademark Leadership in Action™ (the "Service"). By visiting the Website, using any of its free tools, registering an account, or purchasing an Area Pass, the Complete Leadership System, or Team Access, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or the Service.

2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, our pricing, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Website or the Service after a change has been published means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention.
3. Using This Website
You may browse the Website and use its free resources — including the Manager Ownership Diagnostic and the Team Leadership Assessment — for your own personal or internal business use. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it.
3.1. Eligibility
The Website and Service are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase an Area Pass, the Complete Leadership System, or Team Access, or to register an account.
3.2. Account Registration
Some areas of the Website may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or used in breach of these Terms.
4. The Leadership Areas, Area Passes & the Complete Leadership System
Leadership in Action™ makes its leadership development content available through five Leadership Areas — Lead Yourself, Lead People, Build High-Performing Teams, Excel at Execution, and Lead Change & the Business — each organized into Leadership Practices and Application Blocks. You can purchase access to a single Leadership Area (an "Area Pass") or to all five Areas together (the "Complete Leadership System").
4.1. What You Are Buying
An Area Pass or the Complete Leadership System grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access and use the corresponding content for your own individual professional development. It does not transfer any ownership of that content to you, and it may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used to provide training or consulting services to third parties without our prior written consent.
4.2. Pricing, Payment & Delivery
Current prices for each Area Pass and for the Complete Leadership System are shown on the relevant page of the Website in euros (€) and, where applicable, are inclusive of any VAT chargeable to consumers in the European Union. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price that applies to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout at the time you complete payment. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase; we do not store your full payment card details. Access to the purchased Leadership Area(s) is granted electronically, generally immediately after your payment is confirmed.
4.3. The 14-Day Practical Value Guarantee
Each Area Pass and the Complete Leadership System are covered by our 14-Day Practical Value Guarantee. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you have engaged with the material in good faith and genuinely do not find practical value in it, contact us at
Because access to the Leadership Areas is digital content delivered to you immediately after payment, by completing your purchase and beginning to access the content you expressly request that performance begin right away and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may no longer apply once the content has been fully accessed. Our 14-Day Practical Value Guarantee, described above, applies independently of that statutory right.
4.4. One-to-One Consultations
Where an Area Pass or the Complete Leadership System includes one or more one-to-one consultations with the Leadership Expert, these are offered by appointment, subject to reasonable availability, and are intended to support your use of the corresponding Leadership Area. Consultations are made available for a reasonable period after you become eligible for them and are personal to you; unused consultations are not exchangeable for cash or other services.
4.5. Certificates
Area Certificates and the final Leadership in Action™ Certificate confirm that you have completed the corresponding Leadership Practices, Application Blocks, and practical requirements. They are issued by us to recognize completion of the Service and are not an accredited academic or professional qualification unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Team Access for Organizations
Leadership in Action™ Team Access gives organizations a way to provide their managers with access to the Leadership Areas. Team Access is arranged individually following a Team Access Call and is governed by the specific terms, scope, pricing, and any separate agreement confirmed with your organization in writing (including by email); where those specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence for that engagement.
6. Free Tools: Diagnostic & Team Leadership Assessment
The Manager Ownership Diagnostic and the Team Leadership Assessment are free self-assessment tools based on your own responses to a set of workplace scenarios. They are provided for general self-reflection and informational purposes only. They are not a psychological, clinical, HR, or professional assessment, do not diagnose any condition, and should not be treated as the sole basis for any employment, disciplinary, or other significant decision about yourself or any other person.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Website or the Service, you agree not to:
- use the Website or Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of Leadership in Action™ or any third party;
- share, publish, or transmit content through the Website that is defamatory, abusive, or otherwise harmful to us or to any third party;
- share, publish, or transmit any information you do not have the right to share, including confidential or proprietary information belonging to your employer or a third party;
- infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right in connection with your use of the Website or Service;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of the Website or any related software or hardware;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Website;
- share your account credentials or purchased content with anyone who has not personally purchased access; or
- collect or store personal data about other users of the Website.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Service, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through the Website and the Service — including the Leadership Areas, Leadership Practices, Application Blocks, workbooks, assessments, diagnostics, text, graphics, logos, and the Practice-to-Performance™ methodology — is the intellectual property of John Loukas / Leadership in Action™ or its licensors and is protected under Greek, European Union, and international copyright and trademark law. "Leadership in Action™" and "Practice-to-Performance™" are trademarks used in connection with the Service.
Other than the limited license described in Section 4.1, no part of the Website or the Service may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works, in whole or in part, for any commercial or public purpose without our prior written consent.
9. No Professional Advice
The Leadership Areas, Diagnostic, Team Leadership Assessment, consultations, and any other content or guidance we provide are intended for general leadership development purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in the relevant field. Any results, insights, or outcomes you experience will depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material, and we do not guarantee any specific professional or business outcome.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including partner or client websites shown for reference. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party website, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.
11. Availability of the Website and the Service
We aim to keep the Website and the Service available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may need to suspend, restrict, or modify the Website or Service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons, and we may add, change, or discontinue specific features of the Service, provided that we will not remove access you have already validly purchased without providing a reasonable alternative or remedy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, other than those which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadership in Action™ and John Loukas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection under the law of the country where you habitually reside. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. If you are an EU consumer, you may also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
